Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Moxial (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

1. The Service

Moxial is a browser-based tool for creating illustrative social media post mockups and exporting them as images. Features, supported platforms, and plans may change over time as we improve the Service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your credentials secure. You’re responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period, and your plan won’t renew after that.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we don’t provide refunds or credits for partial periods.
  • We may change plan pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes take effect on your next renewal.

4. Acceptable use

Moxial produces mockups — illustrative content that is not real. You agree not to use the Service or anything you create with it to:

  • Deceive, defraud, or mislead others, including passing off a mockup as a genuine post.
  • Impersonate a real person or organization in a way intended to harm, defame, or defraud.
  • Create content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringes someone else’s rights.
  • Spread misinformation, or produce fake news, fabricated statements, or forged evidence.
  • Violate the terms, trademarks, or brand guidelines of the platforms being depicted.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

You are solely responsible for how you use and distribute the mockups you create.

5. Your content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the text, images, and other content you upload or create (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store and process Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service. You’re responsible for having the rights to any content you upload. The Service itself — its software, design, and branding — remains our property.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don’t warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Moxial is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the social media platforms it depicts.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moxial and its operators won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to Moxial.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll take reasonable steps to notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
