Moxial creates X (timeline and single post) and Instagram (timeline) mockups, rendered in iPhone 16, 16 Plus, 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max frames or a desktop/web view, with an accurate iOS status bar. More platforms, views and eras are on the way.
Is it legal or ethical to create fake social media posts?
Moxial is a presentation and planning tool — mockups are illustrative previews, not real posts. They are meant for pitches, client decks and content planning, and must not be used to deceive, impersonate, or mislead. See our Terms of Service.
How many mockups can I create?
You create mockups yourself in the editor, so there's nothing to wait for — how many you can create and export depends on your plan (see Pricing above). New templates, platforms and device frames become available to you instantly, with no monthly release schedule.
How does licensing work after the subscription is canceled or expired?
Any mockups you've already exported are yours to keep and use, even after your subscription ends. Once it lapses you'll lose access to the editor and won't be able to create or export new mockups until you resubscribe.
Can I cancel the plan anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Do I need any design skills?
No design skills needed. Everything happens in your browser — pick a template, type your content, choose an author and device, and Moxial renders a realistic mockup instantly. There's no Photoshop, no layers, and nothing to install.
Can I use the mockups for client projects?
Yes! Our license allows you to use the mockups for both personal and commercial projects, including client work. You can create unlimited projects without any additional fees.
How long will I get support?
You'll receive support throughout the duration of your active subscription. Our support team typically responds within 24-48 hours on business days.
